Reservations need to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the time of reservation to ensure there is no charge.
If a reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the time of reservation, the first night of the reservation will be charged.
Check-in starts at 14:00 on your date of arrival and check-out is at 11:00 in the morning.
A late check out is possible depending on the occupancy of other rooms in the hotel.
Any extended stays past 13:00 will be charged at 50 % of the price of the room.

For group reservations of more than 5 rooms, the hotel applies cancellation fees to the client as follows:
– when cancelling the reservation 1-3 days before the planned arrival: 100 % of the price of the reserved rooms
– when cancelling the reservation 7 days before the planned arrival: 50 % of the price of the reserved rooms
– when cancelling the reservation 14 days before the planned arrival: 25 % of the price of the reserved rooms
